I accept the consensus decision to delete it here.▼ I have already worked on an article with another editor here in this way. I accept the community decision to delete this material. I just want to affirm good faith. I have always done the very best I can to improve Wikipedia. Rather than cite myself here, I remove cites[https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=820822757]. I have always been a good faith editor. For instance, Wikipedia's content license permits dual licensing, all rights reserved in my book and CC by SA here. The deleted article was my best attempt to present views of others, such as NASA and the main page of the NASA planetary protection office, not myself. Of course I often misunderstand things, but I have always been doing the very best I can to improve Wikipedia and have never tried toinclude other people's work here.
