I have always been a good faith editor. For instance, Wikipedia's content license permits dual licensing, all rights reserved in my book and CC by SA here. The deleted article was my best attempt to present views of others
Note, I was the main editor of [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planetary_protection Planetary protection] (68.8% mine, check with WhoColor[https://f-squared.org/whovisual/]). However, if unblocked, I will not even add cites to an uncited section[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planetary_protection#Mars_special_regions] because of connection with deleted material[https://encyclopediaofastrobiology.org/wiki/Planetary_protection#Mars_special_regions], but edit my copy[https://encyclopediaofastrobiology.org/wiki/Planetary_protection#Mars_special_regions].
