If so, my plan is to seek collaborators from the start, for encyclopedic tone, WP:RS, WP:NPOV etc, then seek Good article review as for the David Meade article[https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=David_Meade_(author)&diff=prev&oldid=830640681].
